The Institute of Travel Management Southern Africa, the professional body for buyers, managers and
suppliers of business travel, are proud to present the 2009 Business of Business Travel Conference on
2nd & 3rd of September. The conference takes place this year at Mount Grace Country House and Spa.
This year the ITMSA goes GREEN. Following on our 2007 successful tree planting campaign, when 200
greens were sponsored and planted in nursery schools in Diepsloot and Beaufort West, the ITMSA will
focus on the increasingly important subject of Sustainable Travel, and will showcase the ITM (UK &
Ireland) ICARUS project.
We don’t need to tell you about the astonishing growth in the corporate travel market as you are
experiencing it first hand. Recognizing the trends in our market we feel it is time to engage those who
manage the business of business travel in debate and discussion.
Delegates at the conference will be active practitioners in the corporate travel market, representing
business travel executives and practitioners.
At the end of what promises to be a hard-hitting but engaging conference, we want our delegates to
leave with a real sense of purpose and a deep understanding of the direction that the market is taking
